is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel, or vortex, and it refers to
each of the seven energy centres of which our consciousness,
our energy system, is composed. In addition the chakras also
correlate to levels of consciousness, The function of the chakras
is to spin and draw in the Universal Life Force Energy in order
to keep the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical health
of the body in balance.
are the spiritual energy centres, believed necessary to maintain
inner balance. They regulate the flow of Pranaalso energy around
our energy system. Psychics talk
about chakas with regards to healing. Psychics can also provide
readings about a person's health. There are hundreds of Chakras
in the body, but there are seven main ones. Each chakra is associated
with a particular part of the body and radiates a specific colour,
which some psychics can see; other psychics may be able to sense
or feel the energy in the chakras. The colours simply represent,
in order, the colours of the rainbow. A psychic healer can detect
imbalance in a chakra and work towards re-balancing and cleaning
them. Chakras resonate at different spiritual frequencies and
look like lotus flowers with a fan-like circular shape. The
seven chakras are often associated with the notes of the musical
scale (C, D, E, F, G, A, B).

below the navel. It governs the correct functioning of emotions
and our sexuality. It connects us to others through feeling,

psychics gain their insights through the third eye.

the master chakra that controls all the others. The crown chakra

all knowing. When developed, this chakra brings us knowledge,
